The Destiny Workshop is a 3-hour fast-paced seminar for groups and teams that includes personal assessment, discussion and lecture designed to help each participant create their own Calling Quilt™.

An extra benefit of a Destiny Workshop™ for a group or team is a deepening understanding and appreciation of each member’s contribution to the group or team and the world.

The Destiny Workshop has three components.

First, each participant will do a life-mapping exercise in which they chronical the people and circumstances that have shaped who they are and what they value.

Additionally, they will consider and capture the passions that move them and concerns they have for the needs of humanity and the world. Participants will also take the Enneagram personality test to help identify their key motivations and relational style.

Finally, each participant will interview 3 friends or family members to inquire what gifts and strengths are evident in them. All this data they will bring into the Destiny Workshop.

During the 2-3 hour workshop, our Destinyworks coaches give an overview of the concept of calling and destiny and describe the process whereby an individual can begin to discover the purpose they were made for.

Then our coaches lead the group through a process of capturing the data they gleaned in their preparation for the Workshop and recording it on their personal Calling Quilt.

At the completion of the construction of the Calling Quilts the coach will walk participants through a process of connecting the dots and grasping the themes that emerged to arrive at what has emerged as their calling.

An individual’s ability to live out their calling in the world is greatly impacted by 5 key health factors…physical, relational, emotional, behavioral and financial health.

Our Destinyworks team has provided a personal online process of assessment and goal setting to guide participants toward lives of vitality and well-being that will support their efforts to engage the world with their unique calling.
