Destinyworks™ was founded in 2019 by Dave Rodriguez based on an idea – that every human being enters the world “hard wired” for purpose and meaning.

Dave, through his decades of pastoral work, spent a significant portion of his time coaching people to discover their “why” – their calling and greatest contribution to the world. Over time, this led to the writing of his first book, “A Why to Live For: Where Your Destiny Meets the Broken Places of the World” and the development of the unique Calling Quilt™ coaching process.

Upon retiring from pastoral work, Dave launched Destinyworks as a platform for holding workshops and providing personal coaching, both in-person and virtual, to guide people through the Calling Quilt™ process. Through the Calling Quilt™, Dave and his fellow coaches have helped thousands of people connect the dots of their life story, passions, gifts and personality to discover their purpose.

Additionally, Dave and his team began to discover that many of their clients were running into personal roadblocks as they attempted to live out their calling. The Well-being Project™ was created for those who have completed the Calling Quilt™ process to help them operationalize their calling. The Well-being Project™ guides participants, through a virtual online experience, in assessing the state of 5 key personal health factors that have a profound effect on living out their calling with vitality. The Well-being Project™ has helped people set dreams and goals for their physical, emotional, relational, behavioral and financial health and remove barriers to an extraordinary life of purpose and vitality!

Since its inception Destinyworks has served a diverse set of clients and organizations from around the world…a national collegiate fraternity, large corporations and small companies, families and numerous small groups and teams. Our clients have been NFL players, retirees, international business experts, teens, C-suite leaders, soccer moms and collegians among others.

Destinyworks is based in central Indiana, but works with individuals and organizations from around the nation and the world.
