Meet Dave

Dave Rodriguez is the Executive Director and Founder of Destinyworks INC. He is an author, speaker, consultant and personal coach.

For more than 40 years Dave served as a pastor in churches on the East Coast and in the Midwest. Dave launched Destinyworks in 2020 to help people and organizations discover their unique callings and enhance their personal well-being.

Dave’s education was through the University of Pittsburgh and Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago. He also received an honorary doctorate from Taylor University.

Dave has been happily married to Penny for 45 years. He loves and is proud of his adult children and is especially fond of his grandkids! When not coaching, writing or speaking you’ll likely find Dave enjoying music of all kinds or indulging in his hobby of cooking.

Meet Tajuana

Tajuana Thewlies is a visionary entrepreneur and Destiny Coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations discover their purpose. Her journey began in Mrs. Walton’s kindergarten class, where she first felt the impact of teaching and creativity, planting the seed for her lifelong purpose.

Tajuana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. Her 29 years at the Rolls-Royce Corporation, includes her role of UAW Trainer for the past 27 years.

Throughout her career, Tajuana has consistently followed her passion for teaching and creativity. In 2011, she created and launched Mimosa and a Masterpiece, an innovative paint and sip studio that combined creativity with self-discovery as the path to personal growth.

In 2013, she earned her certification as a Life and Executive Coach, furthering her passion for helping others grow. Her thirst for knowledge and growth continued through the Zarvos Leadership and Coaching Training and a two-year Personal Development Program with the Iyanla Vanzant Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development.

In 2024, after completing the Calling Quilt at Destinyworks, Tajuana fully embraced her calling as a Destiny Coach, guiding individuals and organizations in discovering their purpose and making the world a better place to live.

Meet Oliva

Olivia is passionate about helping people, especially young women, find their way out of disillusionment and step into a life of clarity, purpose, and fulfillment. Whether you’re navigating a career change, reimagining your path, or struggling with your mental well-being, Olivia offers guidance and support to help you move forward with confidence through the Calling Quilt Process and Destiny Coaching.

With a background as a professional makeup artist, Olivia has spent years helping people see their beauty and embrace their authentic selves. Now, as she pursues a Master’s in Art Therapy, she’s deepening her understanding of personal transformation and self-expression. She believes that when people are unapologetically themselves, they can create a life that feels truly aligned and meaningful.

Meet Heather

Heather Fisher‬ is a leadership development consultant,‬ executive coach, and business‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ transformation expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership. As the Founder‬‬‬‬ and CEO of ThriveVista Coaching, she specializes in equipping leaders and organizations with‬‬‬‬ the tools to navigate growth, change, and conflict effectively.‬‬‬‬

Heather’s career spans senior leadership roles in‬ strategy, transformation, operations, sales,‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ and marketing‬ within a Fortune 100 company, giving her a deep understanding of how‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ businesses operate and thrive. She has led cross-functional teams, driven large-scale‬‬‬‬ transformation initiatives and worked directly with senior executives to achieve strategic goals.‬‬‬‬ With this strong business foundation, she brings a practical, results-driven approach to‬‬‬‬ leadership development.‬‬‬‬

Meet Micah

Micah Wilson is a creative professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and communications. Born in Indianapolis and raised in Vienna, Austria, Micah’s global upbringing has shaped his intercultural sensitivity, social confidence, and adaptability. He is passionate about fostering authenticity and helping others discover their calling and passion in life.

Micah began his academic journey at the Herron School of Art + Design, studying Fine Art and Visual Communications for two years before shifting to business management to broaden his career opportunities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University while working full-time at Leaf Software Solutions, where he has been a dedicated team member since 2000.

His dedication to both spiritual and personal growth is evident in his involvement in youth ministry. Micah plays a key role in student mentorship, leadership development, and community outreach, combining his passion for creativity with his commitment to making a positive impact. In 2022, Micah and his wife, Brooke, founded BASECAMP 29:11, a nonprofit organization that helps high school students understand who God created them to be—unique, on purpose, and with a plan for their lives.

Outside of his professional and ministry roles, Micah enjoys assistant coaching boys’ golf at Carmel High School, volunteering with DECA and FCA, and spending quality time with his family. His greatest joy is loving and serving his wife, Brooke, and their three children, Jaden, Myla, and Ben. Micah’s favorite activities include snow skiing, mountain biking, watching movies, and gathering around a bonfire with family and friends.
